Ingredients- Pineapple juice: 1 cup (8 oz), adds tropical sweetness
- Grenadine: 2 tbsp, gives that festive red color
- Sprite: 1 1/2 cups (12 oz), for bubbles
- Orange juice: 2 1/2 cups (20 oz), creates sweetness
- Cranberry juice: 3 cups (24 oz), for tang
- Cinnamon simple syrup: 12 oz, made from scratch (see below)
- Cinnamon Simple Syrup:
- Cinnamon sticks: 4
- Sugar: 1 cup
- Water: 1 cup
- Step 3:
- Pop the punch in the fridge until cold. When ready, pour into glasses with ice or serve chilled without ice, and top with fresh cranberries, orange slices, and cinnamon sticks.
- Step 2:
- Pour cranberry juice, orange juice, Sprite, pineapple juice, and grenadine into a big pitcher or punch bowl. Add your cooled cinnamon syrup and stir well.
- Step 1:
- Put water, sugar, and cinnamon sticks in a saucepan. Cook on medium heat until the sugar melts completely and cinnamon flavor gets into the mix (around 5 minutes). Strain out the sticks and let the syrup cool down.
- You can make this punch a day ahead but wait to add the Sprite until guests arrive so it stays nice and bubbly.
- Any leftover punch can go in the fridge and will taste good for about 2 days.
- Try pomegranate juice instead of grenadine if you want something not as sweet.
- Want a grown-up version? Add a splash of rum or vodka to each glass before pouring in the punch.
