Help! Can I change the serving size?
Of course! Every recipe on my site can be scaled up or down. Just remember - when doubling a recipe, keep an eye on baking times (they don't always double!). Need specific help? Drop me a message!
What if I don't have all the ingredients?
Don't run to the store just yet! I've tested lots of substitutions in my own kitchen and include my tried-and-true swaps in each recipe. Look for my 'Hannah's Tips' section where I share what's worked (and sometimes what hasn't!).
Do you include nutrition info?
Yes! I know how important this is for many of you. You'll find nutrition details under each recipe, and I'm currently updating my older recipes to include this info too.
Where are your quick recipes?
Head to my '30-Minute Magic' collection - these are the recipes that save me on busy weeknights! Each one has been tested during real-life dinner rushes.
Can I share recipe ideas with you?

Use the recipe filters to find what works for you - whether you're gluten-free, dairy-free, or just trying to eat more veggies. I test alternatives myself to make sure they actually taste good!

How do I make sure the recipe works?
First tip - read through the whole recipe before starting (I learned this the hard way!). I include lots of visual cues to help you know you're on track, plus notes about what to watch for.
What about leftovers?
Each recipe includes my real-life tested storage tips. I'm all about cook-once-eat-twice, so I'll tell you exactly how to keep things fresh and tasty.
Can I freeze this recipe?
Look for my freezer-friendly badge! These recipes have been frozen, thawed, and eaten in my own kitchen, so I know they work. I include detailed freezing instructions and reheating tips.

I post new recipes every Tuesday and Friday - they're tested multiple times in my kitchen before they make it to the site. Join my newsletter to know when they go live!
Can I save recipes for later?
Yes! Click the heart icon to save any recipe, or use the printer-friendly version. I organize mine in a recipe binder - old school but it works!
