Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions.

In a medium-sized saucepan, combine gravy mix, water, and cream of chicken soup. Stir well, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for a few minutes until thickened.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Spoon 1/4 cup of stuffing onto each turkey slice. Roll up each slice and place it seam-side down in a greased 9×13-inch glass baking pan.

Pour about 1 cup of the prepared gravy over the turkey rolls. Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

Serve the turkey rolls with mashed potatoes, vegetables, and the remaining gravy.
