Turkey Stuffing Roll Ups (Print Version)

01 - 8 slices oven-roasted turkey breast
02 - 1 package (5 ounces) dry stuffing mix (turkey or cornbread flavored)
03 - 2 packets (0.87 ounce each) turkey gravy mix
04 - 1 can (10 ounces) cream of chicken soup
05 - 2 cups water

# Directions:

01 - Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions.
02 - In a medium-sized saucepan, combine gravy mix, water, and cream of chicken soup. Stir well, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
03 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
04 - Spoon 1/4 cup of stuffing onto each turkey slice. Roll up each slice and place it seam-side down in a greased 9×13-inch glass baking pan.
05 - Pour about 1 cup of the prepared gravy over the turkey rolls. Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
06 - Serve the turkey rolls with mashed potatoes, vegetables, and the remaining gravy.
