Turkey Cranberry Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 teaspoons minced fresh chives.
02 - 1 pound thin-sliced deli turkey.
03 - 6 slices of Havarti or provolone cheese.
04 - 2 teaspoons poppy seeds.
05 - 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter.
06 - 2 teaspoons mustard (Dijon).
07 - 1 cup cranberry sauce.
08 - 1 package of Hawaiian rolls (16 oz).
09 - 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce.
10 - 2 teaspoons dried minced onion.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 9x13 dish with nonstick spray.
02 - Cut the rolls in half horizontally but keep them attached. Lay the bottom section in the baking dish.
03 - Add layers of turkey slices, then cranberry sauce, followed by the cheese. Place the top half of the rolls over everything.
04 - Combine the melted butter with Worcestershire sauce, mustard, chives, onion, and poppy seeds.
05 - Spread the buttery mixture on top. Cover with foil and bake 15-18 minutes until warm inside.
06 - Remove the foil, then bake another 3-5 minutes so the tops turn a nice golden color.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap out the cheese for another type.
02 - Sliders can be prepped in advance.
03 - Both jellied or whole berry cranberry sauce work fine.
