Cheesy Meatloaf Snacks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat Mixture Essentials

01 - 1 large egg
02 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
03 - 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
04 - 1 small onion, diced finely
05 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
06 - 1/4 cup milk
07 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
08 - 1/4 cup chopped parsley (keep extra for topping)
09 - 1 teaspoon salt
10 - 1 pound ground beef

→ Cheesy Filling

11 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Topping Glaze

12 - 1 tablespoon mustard
13 - 1/2 cup ketchup

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper to keep things from sticking.
02 - In a big mixing bowl, stir together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until it’s all blended nicely.
03 - Take a portion of the meat mix, flatten it, put some cheese in the center, and roll it into a ball. Keep doing this until all your mix is used up.
04 - In a small bowl, stir together ketchup and mustard. Brush this over the shaped meat bites.
05 - Let it bake for 25-30 minutes until the glaze is golden and the meat is cooked through.
06 - Sprinkle some extra parsley on top and enjoy straight away—serve as a nibble or pair with sides for a full meal.

# Notes:

01 - Serve warm as starters or pair with your favorite sides for a complete meal.
02 - Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze them to keep for up to 3 months.
03 - Opt for ground beef with 15-20% fat for moister and juicier bites.
04 - Switch it up with other cheeses like mozzarella or pepper jack for a change of flavor.
