# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 tsp baking soda
03 - ½ tsp salt

→ Wet Ingredients

04 - 2 sticks butter, room temperature
05 - ½ cup creamy peanut butter
06 - ½ cup packed light or dark brown sugar
07 - ½ cup granulated sugar
08 - 1 large egg
09 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ Add-ins

10 - 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips or a mix of chocolate and peanut butter chips

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare two ungreased baking sheets.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
04 - Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well incorporated.
05 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until a dough forms. Mix in the chocolate chips.
06 - Using a tablespoon, form dough balls and place them on the baking sheets. Makes approximately 36 cookies.
07 - Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes, one sheet at a time for even cooking. If baking two sheets at once, switch their positions halfway through.
08 - Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack after baking.
