# Directions:

01 - Start by combining vanilla, butter, powdered sugar, and peanut butter in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
02 - Scoop into small molds or ice trays. Let them freeze for a minimum of 1 hour.
03 - Set your oven to 425°F (220°C). Butter and flour 4 ramekins generously.
04 - Use a microwave or a heatproof bowl over simmering water to melt the chocolate and butter together until silky.
05 - Whisk powdered sugar, eggs, yolks, and vanilla in another bowl until it blends smoothly.
06 - Slowly combine the melted chocolate into the mixture, then fold in salt and flour until no lumps remain.
07 - Pour an initial layer of the batter into the ramekins, covering just the bottom.
08 - Drop one frozen peanut butter piece in the middle of each ramekin and cover with the extra batter.
09 - Pop into the oven for 12-14 minutes. The edges should look firm, but the middle will stay soft.
