# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup brewed coffee, strong and bold
02 - 1/2 cup milk, dairy or plant-based
03 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar or sweetener of choice
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
05 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - A pinch of cayenne pepper, optional
07 - Ice cubes, as needed
08 - Whipped cream, optional
09 - Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder, optional for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Prepare a strong cup of coffee. Allow it to cool to room temperature or chill in the refrigerator for faster cooling.
02 - In a glass, combine the coffee, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and cayenne pepper (if using). Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is well combined.
