Toss all the cake ingredients into a blender: coconut milk, evaporated milk, sugar, condensed milk, flour, eggs, and margarine. Run the blender until the mixture is lump-free.

Turn your oven to 350°F and get a Bundt pan ready. Grease it up and sprinkle a bit of flour over it, especially in those tricky corners.

Pour the blended batter into the greased pan. Pop it in the oven and bake for 30 to 60 minutes. Start checking with a toothpick after 30—when it comes out dry, you're good.

While the cake bakes, mix coconut milk, sugar, and shredded coconut in a saucepan. Heat it on medium and cook, stirring until it starts bubbling and thickens up.
