Catch a Husband Cake (Print Version)

Creamy bundt cake made with three milks topped with coconut icing. A cozy dessert for any occasion.

# Ingredients:

→ Cake Batter

01 - ½ cup granulated sugar
02 - 3 tablespoons margarine
03 - 1 can condensed milk
04 - 3 large eggs
05 - 2½ cups (500 grams) all-purpose flour
06 - 1 can evaporated milk
07 - 1 cup coconut milk

→ Coconut Icing

08 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
09 - 1 cup shredded coconut
10 - 1 cup coconut milk

# Directions:

01 - Toss all the cake ingredients into a blender: coconut milk, evaporated milk, sugar, condensed milk, flour, eggs, and margarine. Run the blender until the mixture is lump-free.
02 - Turn your oven to 350°F and get a Bundt pan ready. Grease it up and sprinkle a bit of flour over it, especially in those tricky corners.
03 - Pour the blended batter into the greased pan. Pop it in the oven and bake for 30 to 60 minutes. Start checking with a toothpick after 30—when it comes out dry, you're good.
04 - While the cake bakes, mix coconut milk, sugar, and shredded coconut in a saucepan. Heat it on medium and cook, stirring until it starts bubbling and thickens up.
05 - As soon as you pull your cake from the oven, pour the warm coconut topping all over. Let it sit and cool before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Oven bake times differ, so check your cake starting from 30 minutes.
02 - Pour the icing right after baking to soak into the cake.
03 - Don’t take the cake out of the pan until it’s totally cooled.
