Fluffy Bubble Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups powdered sugar
02 - 1 cup marshmallow fluff
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 1 cup bubblegum-flavored syrup
05 - Optional: A few drops of pink food coloring

# Instructions:

01 - Take a big bowl, toss in the marshmallow fluff and bubblegum syrup. Stir steadily until it gets airy and silky with a consistent texture.
02 - Bit by bit, mix in the powdered sugar, around half a cup at a time. Stir it each time before adding more until you’ve got a soft dough that you can handle easily.
03 - Pour in the vanilla, and if you’re feeling fancy, add a couple of drops of pink coloring for fun. Stir until the shade is even all the way through.
04 - Get a square baking pan (8x8 inches) and line it with parchment. Press the dough evenly into the pan, smoothing it out flat. Chill it in the fridge for 1-2 hours until solid.
05 - Once firm, pull the whole thing out with the parchment paper, lay it on a cutting board, and slice it into 8 equal portions. Eat on the spot or tuck them into a container to save for later.

# Notes:

01 - Adding pink coloring isn’t a must, but it makes your treat look just like bubblegum!
02 - These have a light, soft texture that feels like a fluffy marshmallow when you bite into it.
03 - Keep them in a sealed container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or stick them in the fridge for 2 weeks max.
