Take a big bowl, toss in the marshmallow fluff and bubblegum syrup. Stir steadily until it gets airy and silky with a consistent texture.

Bit by bit, mix in the powdered sugar, around half a cup at a time. Stir it each time before adding more until you’ve got a soft dough that you can handle easily.

Pour in the vanilla, and if you’re feeling fancy, add a couple of drops of pink coloring for fun. Stir until the shade is even all the way through.

Get a square baking pan (8x8 inches) and line it with parchment. Press the dough evenly into the pan, smoothing it out flat. Chill it in the fridge for 1-2 hours until solid.

Once firm, pull the whole thing out with the parchment paper, lay it on a cutting board, and slice it into 8 equal portions. Eat on the spot or tuck them into a container to save for later.
