→ For Serving

17 - Steamed and roasted broccoli
18 - Creamy mashed potatoes

# Instructions:

01 - Take a big mixing bowl and combine all the steak ingredients, leaving out the oil. Once mixed, shape into 4 oval-shaped patties, each roughly 3/4-inch thick.
02 - Grab a big nonstick pan, heat your olive oil on medium-high, and cook the patties for about 3 minutes on each side. They should turn golden brown. Set them aside on a plate.
03 - Using the same pan at medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the flour and mix until it’s smooth and lump-free.
04 - Reduce the heat to medium-low. Whisk in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and onion powder until smooth and blended.
05 - Drop in the sliced mushrooms and let them cook for around 5 minutes, stirring now and then. The gravy should thicken. Adjust with salt and pepper.
06 - Put your patties back into the pan, settling them into the gravy. Cover the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes until the meat temperature reaches 160°F inside.

# Notes:

01 - Freeze it before or after cooking—it’ll still taste great!
02 - This dish is a go-to if you like prepping meals ahead of time.
