Line up a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, then grease it lightly.

In a pot, toss in the butter, cream, and sugar. Mix until melted together, then cook it to 235°F (the soft ball stage).

Mix in your white chips and marshmallow until everything melts into a smooth blend.

Scoop out one cup, set it aside, then add orange extract and food coloring to what’s left in the pan.

Pour the orange mix into the pan. Spoon bits of the white over it and use a knife to swirl lightly.

Let it cool in the fridge for at least two hours to firm up.

After it's firm, slice it into squares and dig in!
