Orange Dreamsicle Fudge (Print Version)

Dreamy orange fudge blends creamy, zesty flavors with swirled white chocolate. A fun and simple treat to enjoy or share!

# Ingredients:

01 - A little less than 3/4 cup of heavy cream for that rich texture.
02 - Three full cups of regular sugar for sweetness.
03 - Just under a cup of melted unsalted butter to keep it smooth.
04 - A small 7 oz container of marshmallow fluff for a light, airy feel.
05 - Two cups of white chocolate chips for that creamy base flavor.
06 - Three teaspoons of orange extract for a pop of citrus.
07 - Orange food coloring (up to 10 drops) to give it a signature swirl.

# Directions:

01 - Line up a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, then grease it lightly.
02 - In a pot, toss in the butter, cream, and sugar. Mix until melted together, then cook it to 235°F (the soft ball stage).
03 - Mix in your white chips and marshmallow until everything melts into a smooth blend.
04 - Scoop out one cup, set it aside, then add orange extract and food coloring to what’s left in the pan.
05 - Pour the orange mix into the pan. Spoon bits of the white over it and use a knife to swirl lightly.
06 - Let it cool in the fridge for at least two hours to firm up.
07 - After it's firm, slice it into squares and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - Perfect for holidays, parties, or a sweet gift, this dessert is creamy and bright.
02 - The swirled look makes it decorative and fun—an upgrade to classic fudge.
03 - Use gel food dye for bolder oranges.
