Simple Ham Spread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

β†’ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 to 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped or sliced
02 - 1 1/2 pounds of diced boneless cooked ham (makes around 5 cups)
03 - 1 stick of celery, chopped up
04 - 2 tablespoons finely diced onion

β†’ Dressing

05 - 1 tablespoon of mustard
06 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise
07 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
08 - 1 tablespoon of sweet pickle relish (drained and dried off)

β†’ For Serving

09 - Soft dinner rolls
10 - A variety of crackers

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the ham, celery, onion, eggs, and black pepper into a food processor. Give it about 20-25 pulses until it’s minced finely.
02 - In a big mixing bowl, stir up the mayo, mustard, and well-drained pickle relish.
03 - Pour your minced ham blend into the bowl of dressing. Mix everything until it comes together nicely.
04 - Wrap it up and pop it in the fridge for a few hours. Let all those flavors really meld together.

# Notes:

01 - A tasty way to use up leftover holiday ham
02 - Test its saltiness before throwing in extra, since ham can already be pretty salty
