Cowboy Style Spread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 tablespoon grainy Dijon mustard
02 - ½ cup butter (unsalted), softened

→ Fresh Herbs

03 - 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
04 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
05 - 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
06 - 1 tablespoon sliced chives

→ Seasonings

07 - ⅛ teaspoon red chili flakes
08 - 1 teaspoon juice from a lemon
09 - ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
10 - ⅛ teaspoon ground cayenne
11 - ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
12 - ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Pop all the ingredients into a bowl or food processor, then mix it all up until smooth and uniform.
02 - Shape it into a log using plastic wrap, then stick it in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight until it firms up.
03 - Heat it up in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring in between.
