# Ingredients:

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
04 - 1 teaspoon cumin
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
07 - Salt to taste
08 - Pepper to taste
09 - 1 tablespoon lime juice

→ For the Burritos

10 - 4 large flour tortillas
11 - 1 large avocado, sliced
12 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
13 - 1 cup shredded lettuce
14 - 1 cup diced tomatoes
15 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
16 - Lime wedges for serving

# Directions:

01 - Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Squeeze lime juice over the chicken for added flavor.
02 - Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
03 - Heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds until warm and pliable.
04 - Lay each warm tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a tablespoon or two of ranch dressing in the center of each tortilla. Layer on the sliced chicken, avocado slices, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
05 - Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly, making sure all the fillings are enclosed inside.
06 - Serve the chicken avocado ranch burritos with lime wedges on the side for a fresh citrus kick.

# Notes:

01 - You can grill the chicken for added flavor, or cook it in a skillet for a quicker option.
02 - For a spicier version, add some sliced jalapeños or hot sauce to the burrito filling.
03 - Feel free to add other toppings like sour cream, guacamole, or salsa for extra flavor.
04 - To make this recipe lower-carb, swap the flour tortillas for lettuce wraps or low-carb tortillas.
