Cheesy Olive Bread (Print Version)

French bread topped with gooey cheese, black and green olives, and a spicy kick of Sriracha. Perfect for sharing!

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1/2 cup mayo
02 - 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
03 - 1 1/2 teaspoons hot Sriracha sauce
04 - 1 French bread loaf (14 inches long)

→ Filling

05 - 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
06 - 2 diced green onion stalks
07 - 6 ounces pimiento-stuffed green olives (jar, drained)
08 - 2.25 ounces canned black olives, sliced and drained

# Directions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F. Take the loaf of French bread, slice it lengthwise down the middle, and scoop out a bit of the inside to make shallow pockets. Lay both halves on a baking sheet.
02 - Combine softened butter, mayo, and Sriracha in a bowl until it’s silky smooth. Toss in the green onions, shredded cheese, and both kinds of olives. Stir it all together.
03 - Spread that tasty mix on the bread halves, covering them completely. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the cheese gets gooey and golden-brown.
04 - Cut into 2-inch slices and dish them up hot for snacking.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best when served right away, fresh from the oven.
02 - You can make it less spicy by cutting back on the Sriracha.
