Fluffy rolls swirled with garlicky butter and fresh parsley. The perfect addition to any dinner table.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened, for filling.
02 - 1 teaspoon table salt.
03 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped finely.
04 - 2 tablespoons sugar, plain white.
05 - 2 large eggs, whole.
06 - 2 1/4 teaspoons of dry yeast, active.
07 - 2 cups milk, heated to around 110°F.
08 - Fresh parsley, chopped, 1/4 cup.
09 - Flavor with black pepper and a little salt.
10 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted for dough.
11 - 5 cups of all-purpose flour.

# Directions:

01 - Pour the warm milk into a bowl and dissolve the sugar into it. Sprinkle yeast on top and give it 10 minutes to foam. Stir in eggs, melted butter, and add salt. Keep adding flour slowly until it becomes a soft dough.
02 - Dust a surface with a little flour and knead the dough for about 7 minutes until smooth and stretchy. Pop it into a greased bowl, cover, and let it sit for about 90 minutes so it doubles in size.
03 - Combine softened butter, chopped garlic, parsley, black pepper, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Mix completely until smooth.
04 - Roll the dough out to about 12x18 inches. Spread the garlic butter over it evenly, then roll it tightly from the longer end. Slice into 12 even pieces.
05 - Arrange the rolls in a greased baking tray. Cover loosely and let them puff up for about 45 minutes.
06 - Put the rolls in the oven at 350°F and bake for 25 minutes till they turn golden. Let them cool a bit before eating.

# Notes:

01 - Throw in some cheese to make it even tastier.
02 - These are best enjoyed fresh and warm.
03 - You can store leftovers at room temperature for 2 days.
