Sweet Peanut Butter Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of smooth peanut butter (don’t use natural).
02 - 4 tablespoons of softened butter.
03 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
04 - 1 cup of powdered sugar.
05 - ¾ cup of crushed graham crackers.
06 - ½ cup of chopped butterfinger candy bars.
07 - 8 ounces of chocolate chips or melting chocolate.
08 - Extra toppings like sprinkles, crushed candy, or flaky salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Use a mixer to blend the butter and peanut butter until creamy.
02 - Stir in the vanilla extract until it’s mixed through.
03 - Gradually mix in powdered sugar. Then fold in crushed graham cracker crumbs and butterfinger pieces.
04 - Roll about 1 to 1½ tablespoons of the mixture into small balls. Arrange them on a tray lined with parchment.
05 - Let the balls chill in the freezer for 30 minutes so they harden.
06 - Melt the chocolate by microwaving in 30-second bursts at half power. Dip the chilled balls into the melted chocolate.
07 - Add sprinkles, extra crushed candy, or salt right after dipping. Wait until the chocolate fully hardens.

# Notes:

01 - Avoid natural peanut butter for better texture.
02 - Chocolate bark results in a smoother coating than chips.
03 - You can melt the chocolate with a double boiler instead of a microwave if you prefer.
04 - Store extras in the fridge for up to a week.
