Rich Butter Mushrooms (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme (or half a teaspoon of the dried kind).
02 - 3 tablespoons of butter that hasn't been salted.
03 - About a pound of cremini or button mushrooms.
04 - A sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste.
05 - Chopped parsley to sprinkle on top.
06 - 2 minced garlic cloves.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400 degrees and let it warm up.
02 - Get your mushrooms cleaned up and cut the ends of the stems off.
03 - Melt the butter in a pot and cook until it smells nutty and looks golden.
04 - Mix the mushrooms with garlic, butter, thyme, plus a pinch of salt and pepper.
05 - Lay the mushrooms flat on your baking tray.
06 - Roast for about 20 to 25 minutes, giving them a stir halfway through.
07 - Sprinkle some chopped parsley on top before digging in.

# Notes:

01 - Try a combo of mushroom types for more flavor.
02 - Throw in a splash of wine while browning the butter for extra taste.
