Set your oven to 375ºF (190ºC) to warm up.

Trim off the top rind of the brie and pop it into a small ovenproof dish.

Bake the brie for about 7 minutes until it’s nice and gooey.

Take the brie out of the oven, spoon over cranberry sauce, drizzle on honey if you like, and lightly mix it.

Layer a sprig of rosemary on top and put it back in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Bake until the scent is amazing and it’s bubbling.

Dish it up warm alongside crackers or bread.
