02 - ⅓ cup cranberry sauce, for a mix of sweet and tangy flavors.
03 - 1 teaspoon honey, optional if you like a bit more sweetness.
04 - 1 sprig of fresh rosemary, for a light earthy fragrance.
05 - Crackers or a baguette, for dipping and scooping.

# Directions:

01 - Set your oven to 375ºF (190ºC) to warm up.
02 - Trim off the top rind of the brie and pop it into a small ovenproof dish.

04 - Take the brie out of the oven, spoon over cranberry sauce, drizzle on honey if you like, and lightly mix it.
05 - Layer a sprig of rosemary on top and put it back in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Bake until the scent is amazing and it’s bubbling.
06 - Dish it up warm alongside crackers or bread.
