Turn your oven up to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.

Mix the eggs, diced red bell peppers, milk, and a pinch of black pepper together in a bowl. Scramble the mixture in a skillet until cooked through but still slightly soft. Let it cool off a bit.

Open the crescent dough cans and roll out each sheet. Pinch the edges where they meet to make a big rectangle.

Lay the whipped cream cheese in an even layer over the dough. Spread the scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheese across the top so it’s all evenly distributed.

Roll the dough tightly, starting from one of the long edges. You’ll end up with a log. Slice it into 12 equal pieces with a serrated knife.

Place the rolls in your prepared pan with the cut sides facing up. Bake for about 24 to 26 minutes, or until they’re golden on top.

Take them out of the oven and enjoy while still warm.
