# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 tsp onion powder.
02 - 1 1/2 cups crispy fried onions (split in half).
03 - Salt and pepper, as needed.
04 - 4 cups of fresh green beans, trimmed and chopped into 2-inch pieces.
05 - 1/2 cup heavy sour cream.
06 - 1/2 cup plain milk.
07 - 2 cups creamy mushroom soup.
08 - 1 tsp garlic powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on and set it to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Bring a big pot of water to a boil, season it with salt, toss in the green beans, and cook for 5 minutes. Drain them and set aside.
03 - Grab a mixing bowl and stir together the mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and a bit of salt and pepper. Keep mixing until smooth and creamy.
04 - Put the beans in the bowl with the soup mixture and stir until the green beans are covered.
05 - Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread the green bean mixture evenly inside. Sprinkle 1 cup of the fried onions over the top.
06 - Pop it into the oven and bake for 25 minutes until it starts bubbling.
07 - Take it out of the oven and scatter the rest of the onions over the top.
08 - Bake for 5 more minutes so the onions turn crispy and golden.
