Buckeye Brownie Cookies Fusion (Print Version)

Chocolatey cookies topped with creamy peanut butter and smooth melted chocolate in each bite.

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - 1 box fudge brownie mix (19.5 ounces or family size)
02 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
03 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 1 large egg

→ Peanut Butter Filling

05 - 1 cup powdered sugar
06 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter

→ Chocolate Topping

07 - 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, mix the brownie mix, melted butter, softened cream cheese, and egg until combined. The dough will be slightly sticky. Scoop dough into 24 portions and place on an ungreased baking sheet, forming round cookie shapes.
02 - In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar with peanut butter until fully combined. Form the mixture into 24 one-inch balls. Set aside.
03 - Bake the cookies for 12 minutes. Monitor closely to avoid overbaking or underbaking.
04 - Remove cookies from the oven and immediately press a peanut butter ball lightly into the center of each cookie. Allow the cookies to cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
05 - Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl for 30 seconds. Stir and melt further in 15-second intervals until fully melted. Spoon approximately 1/2 tablespoon of melted chocolate over each cookie, covering the peanut butter ball. Allow chocolate to set before storing.

# Notes:

01 - Monitor the chocolate carefully while melting to prevent it from burning.
