Chicken with Teriyaki Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound pizza dough, homemade or store-bought, softened to room temp
02 - 1/4 cup of teriyaki glaze or sauce

→ Toppings

03 - A cup of shredded chicken that’s already cooked (rotisserie works great)
04 - 4 slices of bacon, cooked crispy and broken into pieces
05 - A couple of cups of fresh broccoli florets (from 1 head)
06 - A small handful of halved cherry tomatoes
07 - 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ Optional Garnishes

08 - Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
09 - Red pepper flakes for heat (if you like)
10 - Thin slices of green onions

# Instructions:

01 - Let the pizza dough get to room temperature. Set the oven to 450°F to preheat.
02 - Crisp up the bacon and then crumble it. Use the same pan to cook the broccoli until it’s a bright, vibrant green.
03 - On a surface dusted with either flour or cornmeal, carefully stretch the dough out into a circle.
04 - Spread teriyaki sauce over the dough. Layer on the chicken, bacon bits, broccoli, and tomatoes, leaving an inch of border. Sprinkle the mozzarella on top.
05 - Slide the pizza into the oven and bake until the crust is golden brown. Add any of your desired garnishes when it’s done.

# Notes:

01 - Homemade dough or store-bought both work fine
02 - Use this dish as a way to repurpose cooked chicken leftovers
03 - Feel free to change up the toppings based on your favorite ingredients
