Sweet Apple Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3½ cups of peeled and diced Granny Smith apples, about 5 medium-sized ones.
02 - Packed 1/4 cup of light brown sugar.
03 - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
04 - Half a teaspoon of cornstarch.
05 - 22 to 24 egg roll sheets.
06 - Softened 8 ounces of cream cheese.
07 - Cooking spray or oil for brushing.
08 - A couple of tablespoons of sugar to sprinkle on top.
09 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon for sprinkling.
10 - Half a cup of caramel dip.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 425°F and get a baking tray ready with parchment paper.
02 - Stir together diced apples, cornstarch, cinnamon, and brown sugar until blended.
03 - Spread some cream cheese (about 2 teaspoons) on each wrapper. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the apple mix in the center. Use water to soften the edges before rolling.
04 - Bring the bottom edge up over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll it up tightly. Seal the ends to keep the filling inside.
05 - Place rolls on the tray, leaving space in between. Brush or spray each with oil.
06 - Bake for about 15-17 minutes. Flip them halfway through so they cook evenly.
07 - Stir together the cinnamon and sugar for rolling.
08 - While still warm, roll the baked egg rolls in the cinnamon sugar mix.
09 - Set them out with some warmed caramel sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - An easy handheld dessert inspired by apple pie. Seal tightly to keep everything inside.
