Get your oven hot by setting it to 400°F.

Start at the thicker end, and wrap each carrot snugly with a piece of bacon.

Put the carrots on a wire rack that's sitting on a baking tray.

Pop them in the oven for about 25 minutes, or until the bacon starts to get crispy.

Use a brush to coat every side of the carrots with maple syrup.

Put them back in for another 8 to 10 minutes, until the bacon is golden and crunchy.
