01 -
Crush the cookies into fine bits using a food processor. If you don't have one, place the cookies in a zip-top bag and break them up with a rolling pin. Move the crumbs into a mixing bowl and add the melted butter. Stir until evenly combined. Use your hands or a spatula to press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish. Put it in the fridge to let it chill.
02 -
Grab a hand mixer and combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of Cool Whip until smooth. Gently spread this over the hardened crust layer. Set aside for now.
03 -
Whisk together the pudding mix, milk, and 1 cup Cool Whip in a large bowl until it's smooth and creamy. Spread this pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer carefully.
04 -
Arrange a single layer of sliced strawberries over the pudding layer, covering the entire surface.
05 -
Take the rest of the Cool Whip and spread it evenly over the strawberries. Pop the dish in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or better yet, keep it there overnight before serving.
