01 -
Mix the salt into warm, cooked (or reheated) rice in a bowl. Put a cover on it so it stays cozy.
02 -
Open the tuna and completely drain it. In a bowl, stir it together with mayo and sriracha to create your spicy filling.
03 -
Lay a clear plastic sheet (about 15x15 inches) flat. Take about 3/4 cup of rice and press it down neatly into a round shape, 1/2 inch thick.
04 -
Spoon some spicy tuna into the middle. Use the plastic wrap to pull the rice up, making it into a ball and tucking the filling inside as you go.
05 -
Use your thumb and index finger in an L-shape to gently press the rice ball into a triangle shape.
06 -
Cut pieces of nori into strips or grab a half-sheet. Wrap it snugly around the bottom part of each rice triangle.
07 -
If you'd like, sprinkle on sesame seeds for a fancy touch. Serve right away to savor the best taste.
