Spicy Herb Butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Softened unsalted butter, 8 tablespoons (1 stick).
02 - 4 minced garlic cloves.
03 - 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard with a kick.
04 - Juice and zest from half a lemon.
05 - Chopped parsley, about 1 tablespoon.
06 - Chopped chives, 1 teaspoon.
07 - 1 teaspoon of freshly chopped thyme.
08 - A teaspoon of paprika.
09 - Just ½ teaspoon of cayenne.
10 - A pinch of red chili flakes, ½ teaspoon.
11 - Salt and black pepper—season how you like.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter gently in a pan and mix in everything else until it blends together.
02 - Combine softened butter with all the listed ingredients in a bowl.
03 - Place the mixture on plastic wrap, roll it into a log about an inch wide.
04 - Wrap it up tightly in plastic and chill in the fridge till it firms up.
05 - Cut slices of butter or use the melted version for dipping.
