# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or cilantro.
02 - 1/4 cup sliced red onion.
03 - 2 naan or pre-made flatbreads.
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
05 - 1/3 cup buffalo sauce, with some left for a swirl on top.
06 - Ranch dressing or crumbled blue cheese for drizzling.
07 - 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional).
08 - 1 cup of shredded, cooked chicken.

# Directions:

01 - Turn your oven to 400°F and get a baking sheet ready with parchment paper.
02 - Coat the cooked chicken in buffalo sauce, making sure it's evenly covered.
03 - Lay flatbreads on the lined sheet. Add the buffalo chicken, sprinkle on mozzarella, blue cheese, and red onion.
04 - Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges turn crispy and the cheese is oozy.
