Hot Cheeto Cheese Sticks (Print Version)

Spicy mozzarella sticks coated in Hot Cheetos, air fried for a crispy outside. Serve with creamy ranch dip.

# Ingredients:

01 - 8.5 oz Hot Cheetos, crushed into fine bits.
02 - 1 tbsp water.
03 - 3/4 cup plain flour.
04 - 4 large eggs at room temp.
05 - 1/2 tsp salt.
06 - 12 mozzarella sticks (string cheese).
07 - A bit of olive oil spray.
08 - Ranch on the side for dipping.

# Directions:

01 - Crush up the Cheetos until they're crumbs. Get the flour and egg bowls set up.
02 - Start by dipping the cheese in the egg, then the flour, back in the egg, and cover in crunchy Cheetos.
03 - Chill the coated sticks in the freezer for around 50 minutes.
04 - Spritz with oil and cook in the air fryer at 390°F for 5-7 minutes until nice and crispy.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure to freeze before cooking.
02 - Don’t pack the air fryer too full.
03 - Pair with ranch as a dip.
