Ranch Slow Cooker Chops (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 pork chops (with or without bones)
02 - 1 oz pack of ranch seasoning mix
03 - 1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of chicken soup
04 - ¼ cup of water

→ Optional Add-ins

05 - Slices of onion
06 - Chopped garlic
07 - Potato slices
08 - Baby carrots
09 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch stirred into 2 tablespoons of cold water (for thickening if needed)

# Instructions:

01 - Before starting, lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker to stop food from sticking.
02 - Lay your pork chops flat at the bottom of the slow cooker. If you’re adding veggies like onions, toss some underneath them.
03 - In a bowl, mix the ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and water until it looks smooth and blended.
04 - Drizzle the sauce evenly on top of the pork chops so they’re completely covered. Add any extra seasoning, like chopped garlic, here.
05 - Put on the lid and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Make sure the pork reaches at least 145°F.
06 - If you’d like the sauce thicker, stir the cornstarch and cold water mixture into the slow cooker about 30 minutes before it’s done. Cook on high until thickened.
07 - Gently take out the pork chops and serve them with the creamy sauce on top. They go great with mashed potatoes, vegetables, or rice.

# Notes:

01 - For a richer taste, brown the pork chops with a little oil in a pan before putting them in the slow cooker.
02 - Pork chops with bones tend to stay juicier and have a better flavor compared to boneless ones.
03 - Swap out cream of chicken soup for cream of mushroom if you want a slightly different taste.
04 - Throw in your favorite vegetables like onions, carrots, or potatoes to make this a complete all-in-one meal.
