Before starting, lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker to stop food from sticking.

Lay your pork chops flat at the bottom of the slow cooker. If you’re adding veggies like onions, toss some underneath them.

In a bowl, mix the ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and water until it looks smooth and blended.

Drizzle the sauce evenly on top of the pork chops so they’re completely covered. Add any extra seasoning, like chopped garlic, here.

Put on the lid and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Make sure the pork reaches at least 145°F.

If you’d like the sauce thicker, stir the cornstarch and cold water mixture into the slow cooker about 30 minutes before it’s done. Cook on high until thickened.

Gently take out the pork chops and serve them with the creamy sauce on top. They go great with mashed potatoes, vegetables, or rice.
