Rotel Sausage Balls (Print Version)

Creamy sausage bites made with Rotel, cream cheese, and a cheesy blend. Great for gatherings, super simple to prep.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 cups of Bisquick mix.
02 - 1 pound of raw sausage.
03 - 10 ounces of drained Rotel tomatoes.
04 - 2 cups of shredded Mexican blend cheese.
05 - 8 ounces of softened cream cheese.

# Directions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and get a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
02 - Stir together sausage, Rotel (make sure it’s drained), Bisquick, cream cheese, and cheese until it’s all mixed up evenly.
03 - Roll the mixture into little balls about an inch in size.
04 - Put the balls on the baking sheet and bake them for about 18 to 20 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden.

# Notes:

01 - You can freeze them before cooking.
02 - Make sure to drain Rotel well or it’ll be too sticky.
03 - Works great as breakfast or party snacks.
