Pumpkin Pie Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup (120g) pure pumpkin from a can.
02 - 1 can (8 oz) crescent dough, refrigerated.
03 - 2 tbsp (30g) packed brown sugar.
04 - 1/4 tsp ground ginger spice.
05 - 1 tsp cinnamon powder.
06 - 1/4 cup (30g) powdered sugar for sprinkling.
07 - 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder.
08 - 1/4 tsp pure vanilla.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a tray with parchment paper so nothing sticks.
02 - Mix the pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and vanilla together in a small bowl. Make sure it's smooth and blended.
03 - Spread out the crescent dough on your counter and tear it into triangles.
04 - Take a triangle and place some pumpkin mix at the wider end. Roll it from the wide part to the tip, nice and snug.
05 - Line the rolls on the baking tray and pop them in the oven. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until they turn golden.
06 - When they're done baking, sprinkle powdered sugar over the tops for sweetness.
