Garlic Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Wings

01 - 4 lbs chicken wings (flats, drumettes, or party wings)
02 - 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning or Sazon Culantro y Achiote
03 - 2 tbsp dry ranch mix
04 - 1 tsp baking powder
05 - 2 tbsp cornstarch

→ Garlic Parmesan Sauce

06 - 6 tbsp salted butter
07 - 1-2 tsp hot sauce
08 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 8 garlic cloves, finely chopped
10 - ¼ cup minced fresh parsley
11 - 1 tsp red pepper flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Soak wings in a mix of water and vinegar (equal parts) for up to 2 hours in the fridge. Rinse off completely and clip out any extra bits or feathers.
02 - Dry the wings really well with paper towels for crispness. Rub them all over with Cajun and ranch seasonings. Add salt and pepper if the other seasonings aren’t salty enough.
03 - Stir cornstarch and baking powder in a separate bowl, then dust it over the wings. Mix everything to get an even coat.
04 - Set the air fryer to the broil setting and cook wings on high for 4 minutes. Change to air fry mode at 400°F, cooking 12-15 minutes. Flip them halfway.
05 - While wings cook, melt butter with garlic in a bowl using the microwave. Stir it until smooth, then mix in Parmesan, parsley, hot sauce, and pepper flakes to make a creamy paste.
06 - Toss the hot wings fresh from the air fryer into the butter mixture. Use tongs to coat or shake the bowl until they’re covered. Eat right away while warm.

# Notes:

01 - Skip the cleaning soak if you're in a rush
02 - Completely drying wings makes them get crispier
03 - Warm up leftovers in the air fryer on foil for easier cleanup
