Parmesan Crusted Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken breasts, no skin or bones.
02 - 1/3 cup of olive oil.
03 - 6 tablespoons of ranch dressing.
04 - 1 teaspoon of white vinegar.
05 - 1/3 cup of creamy ranch dressing.
06 - 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.
07 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed.
08 - 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic.
09 - 3/4 cup of panko-style breadcrumbs.
10 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely crumbled.
11 - 1/2 cup Provolone cheese, finely crumbled.
12 - Salt and ground black pepper to your liking.
13 - 4 tablespoons of butter, melted thoroughly.
14 - 2 teaspoons of garlic powder.
15 - 3 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying.

# Instructions:

01 - Flatten the chicken till it's about 1/2 inch thick, then sprinkle with pepper and salt.
02 - Stir together all the marinade items, pop in the chicken, and chill it for at least half an hour or up to overnight.
03 - Cook on the stove, 4–5 minutes per side, till it's got a nice color and is fully cooked.
04 - Blend garlic powder and panko with the butter. Separately, melt the cheeses with ranch in the microwave.
05 - Layer the chicken with the cheesy mix, top with breadcrumbs, and broil 3–4 minutes until it's golden.
