Marshmallow No-Bake Slice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1½ cups of cookie crumbs – graham crackers, vanilla wafers, shortbread, or digestive biscuits
02 - ½ cup of melted butter, unsalted

→ Marshmallow Filling

03 - 8 oz of softened cream cheese
04 - ½ cup of powdered sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
06 - 1½ cups of heavy cream, whipped into stiff peaks
07 - 2 cups of colorful mini marshmallows
08 - ½ cup white chocolate chips, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Stir the cookie crumbs and butter together. Firmly press it into an 8x8-inch dish lined with parchment paper. Chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
02 - Use a mixer to beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
03 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mix. After that, fold in the marshmallows and, if using, the white chocolate chips.
04 - Spread the marshmallow filling evenly on top of the chilled crust. If you’d like, sprinkle some marshmallows over the top for decoration.
05 - Cover it up and pop it into the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight until it’s firm. Then, slice it into 12 squares.

# Notes:

01 - Swap the marshmallows for toasted ones for an extra kick
02 - Try using different cookie crumbs for the crust
03 - Mix in some shredded coconut or nuts for texture
04 - Use marshmallows with different flavors for variety
