Quick Mushroom Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 garlic cloves, minced or crushed.
02 - 4 large portobello mushrooms, clean out the insides and remove stems.
03 - 4-6 cherry tomatoes, cut into thin slices.
04 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded.
05 - 1/4 cup marinara or pizza sauce.
06 - 1 teaspoon of Italian herbs or seasoning mix.
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus a little more for the pan.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 450°F and lightly grease a baking sheet with some olive oil.
02 - Combine garlic, seasoning, and olive oil in a small mixing bowl.
03 - Spread the oil mixture over the mushrooms. Add the sauce, cheese, and tomato slices on top.
04 - Place mushrooms in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes. They're ready when the cheese is bubbly, and mushrooms are tender.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best fresh out of the oven.
02 - Store leftovers in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
03 - Reheat at 350°F for around 5 minutes.
