01 -
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray an 11-inch rectangular baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
02 -
Using a large serrated knife, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally to create a 'slab' of tops and a 'slab' of bottoms. Keep the rolls connected and do not separate them individually. Spread Dijon mustard evenly on each slab.
03 -
Layer the sliders in the following order: half of the sliced Baby Swiss cheese, then the deli ham, followed by the deli turkey, and finally the remaining cheese.
04 -
Replace the top half of the rolls onto the assembled sliders.
05 -
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with the large egg. Brush the mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
06 -
Cover the baking dish loosely with foil, taking care not to let the foil touch the tops of the bread to prevent sticking. Use toothpicks to 'lift' the foil if needed. Bake in the preheated 350-degree oven for 15 minutes.
07 -
Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes or until the tops turn golden brown.
08 -
Allow the sliders to cool slightly before cutting them apart with a sharp knife. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and serve hot with berry preserves on the side.
