Turn the oven to 350°F and let it warm up.

Oil the donut tray or grease it lightly.

Stir together flour, salt, and baking soda.

Beat together sugar, melted butter, egg, milk, vanilla, coffee, and yogurt.

Gently mix the dry stuff into the wet mix.

Spoon the batter into the donut molds, about 2/3 of the way full.

Let them bake for 8-10 minutes until they firm up.

Leave them in the tray for 5 to 10 minutes to cool slightly.

Take them out and set them aside to cool all the way.

Heat up all the glaze ingredients until melted and smooth.

Submerge the donuts in the glaze so the tops are coated.

Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top while the glaze is wet (if you want).
