Mini Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound pizza dough.
02 - 8 ounces turkey pepperoni.
03 - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley.
04 - ½ teaspoon black pepper.
05 - 1 teaspoon oregano, dried.
06 - ½ teaspoon salt.
07 - 1 tablespoon garlic, minced.
08 - 1 cup marinara sauce.
09 - ¼ cup parmesan, grated.
10 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
11 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted.
12 - Italian seasoning.
13 - Ranch for dipping (if you want).

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the melted butter, garlic, and parsley in a mixing bowl.
02 - Use the garlic butter mix to lightly coat each slot in the cupcake tin.
03 - Roll dough into small balls, roughly the size of ping pong balls.
04 - Pop one dough ball into every tin compartment.
05 - Let the dough sit, covered, until it's nearly doubled in size.
06 - Turn your oven to 350°F to preheat.
07 - Push down the centers of each dough ball to make little cups.
08 - Brush the garlic butter mixture onto each of the dough cups.
09 - Spoon marinara into each cup and follow with a layer of shredded mozzarella and slices of pepperoni.
10 - Top it off with more sauce, cheese, and pepperoni if you'd like.
11 - Dust the tops with a bit of Italian seasoning.
12 - Bake everything for about 15 minutes till golden and bubbly.
13 - Give them 5 minutes to cool down before digging in.
