# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter.
02 - 1/4 cup syrup made from corn.
03 - 1 large egg, beaten.
04 - 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed firmly.
05 - 1/2 cup pecans, roughly chopped.
06 - 1 sheet of store-bought pie dough.
07 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the oven to 350°F and give a mini muffin pan a light coating of grease.
02 - Unroll the dough and cut circles to fit snugly inside the muffin cups.
03 - Mix the chopped pecans into the sugary filling.
04 - Combine brown sugar, syrup, melted butter, vanilla, and egg in a mixing bowl and whisk together until smooth.
05 - Scoop the filling and pour into the crusts, stopping before overflowing.
06 - Place in the oven and cook for about 18-22 minutes, or until golden and firm.
