Taco Bell Mexican Pizza (Print Version)

Crispy tortillas stacked with beef, beans, salsa, and cheese to recreate a much-loved fast-food classic at home.

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 flour tortillas, soft-style.
02 - 1/3 cup of avocado oil.
03 - 1 pound of ground beef.
04 - 1 packet (1.25 ounces) fajita seasoning.
05 - 1 1/2 cups of chunky salsa.
06 - 16 oz of refried beans.
07 - 2 1/2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese blend.
08 - Roma tomatoes to garnish.
09 - Chopped green onions for garnish.
10 - Black olives, sliced, for garnish.

# Directions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F, and cover baking trays with foil.
02 - In hot oil, fry each tortilla on both sides 'til crispy and golden, about a minute per side.
03 - Cook the beef until browned, mix in the seasoning, salsa, and beans, then heat it all together.
04 - Start layering: one tortilla, meat mixture, another tortilla, plus extra salsa and cheese on top.
05 - Put it in for 6-8 minutes, just until the cheese melts. Top it off, then enjoy.

02 - Switch up the toppings however you like.
