Mango Mochi Treats (Print Version)

Soft, chewy Mango Mochi made with three ingredients, including real mango. Quick to whip up and delightfully tropical!

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup sugar.
02 - 1 cup sweet rice flour (glutinous).
03 - 1/2 cup mango puree (freshly blended).

# Directions:

01 - Puree some fresh mango until it’s completely smooth.
02 - Mix together the sweet rice flour, sugar, and mango puree in a microwaveable bowl. Keep stirring till the mixture is smooth with no lumps.
03 - Wrap the bowl loosely with plastic wrap, leaving a gap for air. Microwave it on high for 2 minutes.
04 - Take the bowl out, stir the mixture well, then pop it back in the microwave for 1-2 more minutes until the dough turns sticky and clear.
05 - Sprinkle potato starch or cornstarch on your counter. Roll out the dough, shape balls, or add more mango puree as a filling for extra taste.
06 - Eat it right away or keep it in an airtight box for up to two days.
