Garlic Butter Lobster (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Seafood

01 - 4 lobster tails, fresh or defrosted if they were frozen

→ Garlic Butter Sauce

02 - 1/4 cup of butter, unsalted
03 - 1/2 cup of heavy cream
04 - 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated fresh
05 - 1 tablespoon of fresh-squeezed lemon juice
06 - 4 minced garlic cloves

→ Seasonings & Garnish

07 - Salt and pepper, adjust to your taste
08 - 1 tablespoon of parsley, chopped fresh
09 - Slices of lemon for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Start by preheating the broiler. Using kitchen scissors, slice through the center of the lobster shells. Pull the meat up and rest it on top of the shells. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
02 - Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Toss in the garlic and cook for about a minute until you can smell it. Mix in the cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice gradually, letting the sauce thicken up.
03 - Lay the lobster tails on a sheet pan, generously brush with some of the sauce, and place under the broiler. Let them cook for 8-10 minutes until the meat looks opaque, brushing more sauce halfway through.
04 - Scatter chopped parsley on top just before serving and add lemon wedges on the side for some extra flavor.

# Notes:

01 - Keep an eye on the broiler so the lobster doesn’t dry out - the meat should be tender, with a slight firmness.
02 - For the best taste, go with real Parmesan and freshly grated garlic.
03 - Don’t skip brushing the sauce - that’s the secret to juicy, flavorful lobster.
