Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken (Print Version)

Tender, juicy chicken infused with lemon, garlic, and herbs, grilled for a zesty, satisfying meal.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
02 - 2 Tbsp olive oil
03 - Juice of 2 lemons
04 - 2 tsp lemon zest
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 2 Tbsp fresh thyme and rosemary
07 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# Directions:

01 - In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper until all ingredients are combined.
02 - Place chicken in a shallow dish or a sealable plastic bag. Pour most of the lemon herb sauce over the chicken, reserving a small amount for brushing during grilling. Place in the refrigerator and marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours. Discard marinade before grilling.
03 - Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and brush with oil to prevent sticking. Grill chicken for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and no longer pink with an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
