Korean Beef Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon sesame seeds.
02 - ½ cup soy sauce.
03 - 1 tablespoon scallion, diced.
04 - 4 large eggs for soft boiling.
05 - 2 teaspoons sesame oil.
06 - ½ small yellow onion, diced.
07 - 1 pound ground beef.
08 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar.
09 - 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced.
10 - 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar.
11 - 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger into a smooth mix.
02 - Cook the onion with the ground beef for about 5 minutes, leaving a little pink.
03 - Pour the sauce over the beef, then let it cook on low for 6 to 10 minutes.
04 - Cook the eggs for exactly 6 minutes, cool them in ice water after, and peel gently.
05 - Scoop the beef onto some rice, then add eggs, sesame seeds, and scallions on top.
