Kielbasa & Potatoes Dish (Print Version)

Comforting kielbasa, potatoes, and cheese simmered in a tender, creamy blend.

# Ingredients:

β†’ Main Ingredients

01 - 28 oz Kielbasa sausage, cut into half-rounds
02 - 2 lbs frozen diced potatoes

β†’ Cheese & Sauce

03 - 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
04 - 1 cup sharp cheddar, grated
05 - 1 cup whole milk, cold
06 - 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup

β†’ Seasonings

07 - 1 tsp kosher salt
08 - 1 tbsp dried chives
09 - 1/8 tsp cayenne powder
10 - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
11 - Chopped parsley for topping

# Directions:

01 - Coat your 6-8 quart slow cooker with nonstick spray or pop in a liner.
02 - Dump everything into the slow cooker, except the parsley. Give it a stir so it’s evenly mixed.
03 - With the lid on, cook for 5-6 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high.
04 - Stir well before scooping into bowls. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Swap in fresh potatoes if you like.
02 - Great for prepping ahead of time.
03 - You can choose between fast or slow cook options.
