Kielbasa Pierogi Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded.
02 - ½ cup broth made from chicken.
03 - 4 ounces softened cream cheese.
04 - 16 ounces frozen pierogi with potato filling.
05 - 14 ounces kielbasa, cut into slices.
06 - 3 sliced green onions.
07 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper.
08 - ½ cup sour cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and grease up a 9x13 dish for baking.
02 - Layer the sausage slices and frozen pierogies evenly in the dish.
03 - Whisk together sour cream, softened cream cheese, chicken broth, half the green onions, and pepper. Pour the mix over everything in the dish.
04 - Cover tightly with foil and cook for 30 minutes. Take off the foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake another 10 minutes without covering.
05 - Scatter the leftover green onion slices on top just before serving.

01 - Swap in any kind of smoked sausage you like.
02 - Stays fresh 4-5 days in the fridge.
03 - Cheese blocks melt smoother if you shred them fresh.
