Mix the cooked pasta, chopped vegetables, mozzarella, salami, pepperoncini, olives, and fresh herbs in a large bowl.

Drizzle the Italian dressing over the mixture and toss thoroughly. Season with additional salt and pepper, as needed.

Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for a few hours to marinate. For marinating, allow the pasta salad to sit in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. Optionally, reserve extra dressing to toss before serving, as the pasta will absorb some of the dressing over time.
